Please uninstall your Trend Micro Mobile Security and follow the instructions below:
Get Trend Micro from the Play Store- Open the Play Store app on your Android device.
- In the search field, type Trend Micro Mobile Security, then tap the search icon (🔍).
- Tap Install.
- Wait for the installation to finish, then tap Open.
Review Privacy and Data Collection
- Read the Privacy and Data Collection notice.
- If you want to help improve the app, tap I agree to share usage data. (This is optional)
You can also allow personalized notifications from Trend Micro. - Tap Accept and Continue to move forward.
Activate Your Protection
- Choose how you want to activate your protection:
- Use an Activation Code – Enter your activation code if you have one.
- Sign In to Use Existing License – Log in with your Trend Micro Account.
