I have the premium suite subscription, Will My passwords also be moved to the vault automatically like those who have maximum security or do I have to manually migrate them?

You’ll need to manually set up your ID Protection vault. After setup, you’ll have the option to import your passwords from Password Manager. Here's the guide to import your passwords: How to Import Passwords from Trend Micro Password Manager to ID Protection | Trend Micro Help Center

Been customer for many many years loved and used password manager, however now as I do not have a vault password, did not exist when we joined have been told trend cannot generate or give me one so in effect I cannot access or use the vault even though I am paying for it, worst thing ever!!

Trend Micro will be ending the Password Manager service on November 16, 2025. Once the service officially ends, the app and all its features (like viewing, saving, and auto filling passwords) will no longer be available. You will also no longer receive updates or support for the app after that time.

Starting October 16, 2025, in-app (monthly) subscriptions for Password Manager will be discontinued and automatically canceled.

• You will no longer be charged for your subscription.
• Your access to the app and stored passwords will end after cancellation.
