Mailbox for Reporting with domain “@support.trendmicro.com” supports TLS 1.3, so we need to check if the correct TLS version is enabled in customer’s device.
Follow the steps below:-
In the Start menu → search field, type Internet Options or inetcpl.cpl to open it.

Click the Advanced tab.

Scroll down the Security section and

Make sure Use TLS 1.2 and 1.3 are checked.

If TLS setup is already correct, proceed on manually forwarding the spam emails to the correct mailbox, see details below:

For reporting spam emails (detected as legitimate): spam@support.trendmicro.com

For reporting legitimate emails (false detections): false@support.trendmicro.com
